STRATA and NCC Media announce reaching $82 million in paperless orders. Spot Cable media rep firm NCC Media’s eOrders platform streamlines the transmission of Spot Cable advertising orders and revisions between media buying agencies and their media stewardship systems including STRATA. eOrders eliminates paperwork and faxed orders adding cost efficiency and precision to the cable ad buying and selling process.
NCC Media launched its eOrders platform in the fall of 2008, with an eBusiness pioneer test client, Horizon Media. Since then, they have had over one million spots placed through their eBusiness solution. “Our eOrders system has really taken off with nearly $28 million in transactions processed through the system since the start of the year,” said Nick Garramone, NCC Media Senior Vice President of eBusiness Operations and Research. “It made sense to partner with STRATA on this. They truly understand what it takes to execute on eBusiness solutions in the media industry.”
eBusiness is a huge focus for STRATA as evidenced by the fact that $50 billion worth of ad buys flow electronically through their system annually.
